1.8 System Configuration and Feature Flags

1. Access System Management.

   

2. Select System Configuration.

   

3. Confirm the current:

   • Environment
   • Tenant or academy
   • User permissions

   

4. Search for the required configuration or feature flag.

5. Review the current value and description.

6. Record the original value before making a change.

7. Update the configuration.

8. Click Save.

9. Test the affected workflow using an appropriate test account.

10. Restore the original value if the feature does not operate correctly.

Important Notes

• Configuration changes may affect all users in the selected tenant.
• Do not enable conditional features without confirming that the related pages, permissions, and support processes are ready.
• Restrict access to authorised administrators.
