• Confirm you’re using the correct email
• Check the invitation email and spam/junk folders
• Contact support if still blocked

My course isn’t showing

• Check My Learning and Catalog
• If assigned training: ask Admin to confirm enrolment

My progress is stuck

• Open the course and ensure every required lesson is completed
• Finish any quizzes or required submissions
• Refresh the page and re-open the last lesson

Video won’t play

• Try another browser (Chrome/Edge)
• Disable ad blockers for the LMS site
• Check your internet connection
