Learner says they completed but shows “In progress”

• Confirm course completion rules
• Check if the quiz requires a pass mark
• Check if the learner missed a required item (often the last lesson)

Can’t find a learner

• Confirm the learner is enrolled
• Confirm you’re viewing the correct course/cohort
• Ask Admin to verify enrolment status
