Admin Troubleshooting (Common Fixes)

User can’t log in

• Confirm the user exists in Users
• Confirm the email address is correct (no spaces)
• Confirm the user is active

Course not visible

• Confirm the course is Published
• Confirm the user is enrolled

Completion not updating

• Check completion rules (e.g., “must complete all lessons”)
• Check if a quiz requires a passing mark
• Ask the learner to go to Certificate and refresh again
