Admin Overview¶
Administrators manage the overall LMS environment for the partner organisation. Their responsibilities include:
- Managing users and assigning roles such as Admin, Instructor, and Student.
- Creating and managing instructor profiles.
- Creating, configuring, publishing, and maintaining courses or programs.
- Managing course registrations and learner enrolments.
- Creating and arranging marketing banners.
- Creating and managing vouchers and discounts.
- Monitoring transactions, payment statuses, cancellations, and refunds.
- Managing customer support conversations and escalations.
- Moderating course reviews and selecting testimonials for public display.
- Managing competitions, awards, Hall of Fame entries, and final results.
- Reviewing and approving metric judges.
- Monitoring LMS usage, learner activity, course performance, and competition analytics.
- Managing system settings, permissions, and feature flags.

Some administrative features may only be available when enabled for the relevant LMS environment or academy.
Instructor Overview¶
Instructors create and deliver learning content, assess learner performance, and manage assigned courses. Their responsibilities include:
- Creating and updating courses, modules, and lessons.
- Adding learning content such as live classes, recordings, videos, readings, quizzes, essays, assignments, H5P activities, and reference resources.
- Configuring course registration, completion, assessment, and review settings.
- Publishing and maintaining course content.
- Delivering live classes and managing class schedules, attendees, reminders, cancellations, and recordings.
- Managing learners enrolled in assigned courses.
- Monitoring learner progress and assessment status.
- Reviewing and grading quizzes, essays, and assignments.
- Providing scores, feedback, approvals, and revision requests.
- Managing course reviews and testimonials.
- Collaborating with other instructors assigned to the same course.
- Managing practice problems, competitions, or related learning activities when enabled.
Learner Overview¶
Learners use the LMS to discover, enrol in, and complete training courses. They can:
- Browse and search the course catalogue.
- Enrol in free courses.
- Purchase paid courses and apply voucher codes.
- Start free trials when available.
- Access course modules, lessons, resources, notes, grades, and discussions.
- Attend live classes and watch class recordings.
- Complete videos, readings, quizzes, essays, assignments, and interactive activities.
- Save assessment drafts, submit work, review feedback, and complete requested revisions.
- Monitor course progress, grades, and completion requirements.
- Submit course ratings and reviews.
- Download and verify certificates after meeting all completion requirements.
- Participate in practice activities, competitions, leaderboards, and AI Tutor features when enabled.
