Student: Find and Enrol in a Course

3.1 Find Training in the Catalog

1. Log in and explore the courses.
2. Go to Explore.
3. Search by course name or keyword.
4. Open the course tile to view details.

3.2 Enrol in a Course

The enrolment process depends on whether the course is free, paid, or available as a free trial.

3.2.1) Enrol in a Free Course

1. Open the course page.

   

2. Confirm that the price is free.

3. Select Add to Cart, then select Go to Cart.

   

   

4. Wait for the enrolment confirmation.

   

5. Open My Learning.

6. Select the course to begin.

3.2.2) Enrol in a Paid Course

1. Open the course page.

   

2. Review:

   • Course price
   • Course description
   • Instructor information
   • Included lessons

3. Select Add to Cart.

   

4. Open the shopping cart.

5. Confirm the selected course and price.

6. Enter a voucher code, if available.

   

7. Select Apply.

8. Confirm the updated total.

9. Enter the required billing information.

   

10. Select Enrol now.

    

11. Continue to AlePay.

12. Enter the card information.

13. Confirm the payment.

Successful Payment

1. Wait for the payment confirmation.
2. Return to the LMS.
3. Confirm that the transaction status is successful.
4. Open My Learning.
5. Select the course to begin.

Failed or Cancelled Payment

1. Review the error message.
2. Confirm that the card information is correct.
3. Retry payment or use another supported card.
4. Do not make repeated payments when a transaction is still pending.
5. Contact support when payment was deducted but the course does not appear.

When contacting support, provide:

• Name and account email.
• Course name.
• Transaction ID.
• AlePay reference, if available.
• Payment time.
• Screenshot of the result.

3.2.3) Start a Free Trial

1. Open the course page.

   

2. Select Start Free Trial.

   

3. The LMS checks whether the learner is eligible.

4. Confirm the trial enrolment.

   

5. Complete the lessons available during the trial.

   

Upgrade from Trial to Full Enrolment

1. Select a locked lesson or wait until the trial expires.

   

2. Select Unlock the full course.

   

3. Complete the paid-course checkout.

4. Return to My Learning.

5. Confirm that the full course is available.

Important Note

The free-trial section should only appear in guides for environments where the feature is enabled.
